2025-2027 Ohio Cosmetology Continuing Education Requirements for License Renewal
Ohio cosmetologists must take four hours of continuing education to renew their license.

Who Needs Continuing Education?
Anyone who holds a license to practice cosmetology, a branch of cosmetology, or an instructor license must complete continuing education courses to renew their license unless:

- 65-years or older
- Held a license for more than 30 years
